Hi Faye...those are some pretty fierce looking clouds there. But you know, some of our best rides have been during the rain...nothing like trying to climb a steep hill in the woods with pouring rain and I'm about screaming and Jim is acting like what the heck is the matter with her!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love seeing the sheep. We raised many sheep on my Dad's farm. The fur on the little ones feels so good to the touch. We had to bring many into our coat room (between the garage and the house) to nuture the babies to life. We had to feed many with a bottle lots of days .Faye, your stories and pictures make me remember days gone by.It's a good feeling! Thank you.
God loves you.....

Hi Sue.. Thanks for visiting and yes the sheep are wonderful.. Terry was asking why I am always looking for sheep.. smile..

It looks like you had the same weather we did Fri and Sat. Especially Fri, the clouds were low like the ones you showed. I like sheep as well since we had them on our far, in my growing up years. Yes, the Lord's day ia tomorrow. I always like to read scripture in evening before bed, gets my , imd prepared for church.

Those are great photos of the storm clouds Faye. It looked to be a nasty rainy day but the light coming through those black clouds at the end of the day is beautiful. Sunday here has been beautiful. Blessings, Pam

DeleteWe need rain, though..

Hi Faye,
ReplyDeleteI enjoy receiving your blog notice in my inbox and look forward to reading each new blog you write. I have 'unsubscribed' to most of the many other blogs I was reading, but am definitely keeping 'The Blessed Hearth' blog. Keep up the good work and wishing you many Blessings along the way. I think it's wonderful how you are connecting and mentoring with the young ladies (Keepers of the Home), something that is not as common now, as before........and yet, so important.

ps. I was a little late picking Mayflowers this year, as the rain 'rusted' them before I got to them......one of my all-time favorite flowers. (I did manage to pick a very small bouquet for my daughter's Birthday, and who use to pick them every May for my dear Mom before she passed, several years ago.)
Thank you for your sweet comment, Karen.. Go glad you still visit.. I hope you always do.. Mayflowers are so beautiful.. One of the favorite spring time flowers.. My Mom loves them also..
DeleteHave a good week, dear..
