Hello everyone..
Welcome to this week in my kitchen BLOG HOP...
It is a little different here this week as I am sharing two kitchens..
We have an old farm that we love and visit as often as we can which is a thirty minutes drive from our home..
We go there to relax and enjoy wonderful peace and quiet..
It is just an old farm kitchen that my dear aunt used to bake and cook her family meals in many years ago..
The first few pictures were taken here at home and the rest at the farm..
We are having a very late Spring here in Eastern Canada.. smile..

Each day I find myself snapping a picture or two in the kitchen - a pile of ingredients, a table waiting for us to gather around, a sink full of soapy dishes, a cup of tea, dinner as it comes out of the oven - simple, everyday moments in the kitchen. These photos serve as a reminder of days gone by and as encouragement to carry on in this busy kitchen of ours when inspiration is lacking.
The first few pics are of a wonderful Asian soup that I found here..
The last day we were at the farm we forgot our food basket at home so I had to make do with what was in the pantry there..
Thank heavens for old fashioned potatoes and beans, eh?
A real Canadian dinner or so my husband told me..
Thanks so much for dropping by and if you have any questions please put them in the comments and I will try to give you the answers...
God bless..
