THANKFUL HEARTS...

Good Afternoon, my dears..
Just dropping by this Sunday afternoon to wish you a wonderful weekend..

Here in Canada we are celebrating our Thanksgiving ..

We spent one day at the farm and then yesterday the Keepers of the Home visited Kings Landing..
I will try to share the photos of that later on in the week..
It was such a lovely day..

This morning we went to church and again tonight but tomorrow our whole family will be joining together at our daughter's home..

Looking so forward to it..
They are all settled in their new house so I will try and share some pics of our day with you all later..

Friday while at the farm Terry worked in the field getting rid of thorn bushes and such..
I made some bread and a meal and then we had some visitors.. smile..
Over a cup of tea we shared a few recipes and chatted while the men were outside..
Then it was time to come home and get ready for our day out..

It was a beautiful sunny day and Kings Landing was celebrating Thanksgiving also..
You will love the photos, I think..

But for now I will go and hope you are enjoying your family this weekend..

We are blessed and thankful for all of God's blessings..
He is a such a faithful God.

Thanks for visiting ..
So glad you all dropped by and look forward to catching up with you later...

God bless..

  12. Good Morning Faye, It was suggested my Ann of "Mountain Memories" that I visit your blog. She said that I would love it, and she was absolutely right. Your site is a breath of fresh air and I want to follow your sweet journey. Happy Thanksgiving . . . I have a dear friend that travels back to Canada each year at this time to be with his family. I play and sing in and "Old Time Fiddlers" group and he is our piano player :) Well, it is a pleasure to meet you and I'm looking forward to becoming great blogging friends.
Your newest blogging sister, Connie :)
P.S. You have inspired me to bake bread today, my sweet husband will be overjoyed the moment he gets home from work and opens the door to it glorious smell :)

  15. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. I like your photos. Right now I'm relaxing and enjoying chocolate chip zucchini bread my daughter made. Also enjoying a cup of tea. She made a double batch, she's giving one to a friend. We're having sunny weather this week, which is a change. Blessings!
