Pantry Findings...

from my Mom..

Hello dear hearts..

A few pantry findings that I found as I work away at deleting my many many photos...
I love old dishes and these are a few that are in the cottage pantry..

We are having cold days here in New Brunswick and I have been pottering about doing little tasks that I have been wanting to do..
Painting a mirror frame, making marmalade, potting a few plants and such..

What are you busy doing these winter days..

Thanks for dropping by for this little wee post..
God bless you my friends..

  2. I love your crockery, Faye. As it is a hot summer day here I am sitting under the fan before doing some craft work. Would you like some sunshine? LOL!

  3. Hi Faye, I have been doing some cooking and cleaning out a few drawers. Got my yearly calendar book already for 2016 with all the many birthdays in my family listed. I LOVE all the bird dishware. As soon as I saw it, I remembered that it was from your dear mother. So special.

It has been pretty cold here all week.

  4. Now that I have the quarterly sales tax finished...just in the nick of time...I can move on to some projects I would like to complete. I'm a little frustrated because our office remodel is not coming along as quickly as I had hoped, and some of the things I want to complete in the rest of the house can't be done until the office is finished. Oh the joys of buying an old fixer-upper.
Your dishes are so bright and festive!

  5. You certainly have some stunning dishes, I bet they have some lovely stories to tell if they could talk. I am working on a quilt for my new Grandson expected next month, I am not sure it is going to be ready in time.

  7. Beautiful, Faye...not much goings on here. I will be returning to school on Monday, that is about it. Have a beautiful day, friend.

p.s. I wonder why the traffic feed shows up Corning? As we are 45 min from there. lol---maybe because our cable company is there? Who knows.

  9. Oh I do love your dishes, so pretty! Love cottage style china. Cold here too, and I am loving sunny days and starry nights. -28 C this morning, coldest we have had in a long time. Making warm meals and getting things done indoors. Wrapping up and taking dog for a walk twice a day. Needlework and knitting in the evening. I am definately a winter person. Stay warm and take care, Pam i Norway x

  19. Lucky you having such lovely china. Is the cup with the lady, daughter and dog from a Tasha Tudor drawing? What is the name of that china? Very pretty. That you for sharing.
