A new blog.....

Hello Everyone...this is a new blog that I have started to be used as a  hand extended from the Keepers of the Home group in our church.  I am praying that it will be helpful to you to help you  make your home what you have always dreamt of  in the deep regions of your heart..   A warm and caring spot where your dear ones come first...  Where God is the central part of your life and the centre of each room in your home.

We began the Keepers of the Home group almost two years ago.  It has been a wonderful experience.  The group consists of ladies from the ages of  20 - 40 or so.   We try to meet every month and learn some back to basics homemaking skills such as cooking, crafting, decorating  and gardening.

The Bible is the base for our lessons on family relationships and such things as entertaining.  We use Proverbs 31 as our inspiration to be the wives and moms that the Lord wants us to be.  

So come along with me as we journey down this road towards our goal  of having happy homes and blessed hearths.....
