Did someone say it was RAINING?

Hi...
Looking out of the windows of this olde cottage...
And what do we see....
Rain...

Streets turned into flowing streams..

Heading for the Bay of Fundy...

More rain..
There are rough waves down there..
Wet....
Wind....
You can hear thunder.... lots of thunder...
And lots of lightning...
Oh, the hydro is back on... Thank you, Lord..
A nice hot cup of Earl Grey and a good book....
Listen to that wind and rain..
Enjoy your weekend...
God Bless...

  1. Some view tonight from you! Wow! We had storms much like that our entire spring, they have slacked off now that summer is here, but we're still getting some heavy thundershowers off & on. I really like seeing parts of your beautiful dish collections on the sills. You have so many pretty things. I enjoy "visiting" with you so much. So glad your power came back on. A good book & comfy chair are a little slice of sweetness here on earth! God Bless You!

  3. I love the music on the blog. My girls played amazing grace for their grandma who passed away last weekend. They played it on their violins for the funeral. It is a comforting song.
    Thank you and God Bless

  4. Hello Faye...I did not realize you were located that close to the ocean. I thought it was down the street farther. And is that the Inn that is next door...the big white house? Your large trees and yard look so nice. All the little china pieces are so pretty on the window sills. Hope your weather is better tomorrow. If not, get that book out again and enjoy yourself. PS..love the lamp!

  5. Be safe in all of that yucky weather. I could stay on your blog forever. I simply love all of the music you have here. My husband is worship leader and my son plays drums at our local church. He has done most of these songs as special music. Thanks for the encouragement. ~Sara

  6. We had that all week long and today is the first day we've seen the sun! I like rain but a week of it gets tiring. Stay safe and dry inside and enjoy the sounds.
