Good Monday Morning all..
Hope you had a great weekend..
Just stopping by to post a few pics for you all that I found here and there on the web lately..
I don't take any credit for them and I find them all lovely..
This is really the first week for us after the holidays to get back to normal..
It has been very cold here in New Brunswick...
How is your weather?
It is hard to believe that already one week of January has passed..
I have lots of chores and projects for the winter months and am looking forward to accomplishing many of them..
The main thing is to just stay home and work at it all..
So..
I am pouring myself one last cuppa and then getting to it all..
Terry and I are like the Toadflax family today..
He has the fire going and the toast has been made but we will drink coffee instead.. smile..
And make plans for our day..
My main one is to get the rest of anything Christmas finally all put away until next time..
Also, I would like to craft a couple of hours each week..
And as always there are the laundry baskets and such to finish up..
What is on your agenda for today?
Thanks dear hearts for dropping by and will chat again soon..
Love hearing from you...
God bless...
May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.” Psalm 20:4
Lovely images for this snowy January morning. I love the ones of the chickens and the sheep. The kettle is on for my first cup of tea this morning. I will have to go out and shovel the snow that fell overnight before more comes this afternoon. Have a lovely and cosy week, Faye. xx Pam
ReplyDeleteThis is going to be a great year Faye... Much Happiness to you!!! xo
ReplyDeleteThat bird looks mad, I'm laughing at it's little face. The chickens by the log building - LOVE it! Red work...dreamy... I have the same plans, trying to finish up some long overdue projects half finished, I don't have a great track record with completing things for me - to sell, yes, but to keep - not so much. Fingers crossed I can do it. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful images to brighten my day. We have had a little trip out today but look forward to completing some craft projects shortly.
ReplyDeleteOur weather is cold which is a welcome change from so much rain. Love the Brambly Hedge illustration - we love these books and when my eldest daughter was a baby ( 27 years ago!) we used a Brambly Hegde wallpaper border in the nursery. Love the photos!
ReplyDeleteWishing you a lovely week!! :) xx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos of the cold weather. Here in Australia it is very hot and the snow looks very inviting. Have a lovely week, Faye.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos! Stay warm, dear!
ReplyDeleteGrace & Peace,
Pam
So glad you stopped by! Love the photos. I left my snowmen out, too. ;)
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures! They are fabulous! I hope you get quite a few hours in each week to do some crafting. Trouble is...time goes by so fast and there is so much else to do. Always dishwasher to empty, mail to go through, dusting to be done, do the wash and take care of it........the list goes on and on. I recieved two books for Christmas and haven't even cracked the covers. Hope to soon. Carry on and let's hope the below 0 degree temps. stay away for a bit!
ReplyDeleteIt has been cold here as well. Probably not as cold as it is at your house but still cold. Lows around zero with windchills in the -teens. We have stayed warm though which is a blessing. Enjoy your day and God bless.
ReplyDeleteI still have little bits of Christmas still hanging around too. I hope to have Christmas totally put away by the end of the week. I leave my snowmen out until March or so, but all the Santas have to be gone! It feels good to be able to get out and about a bit after our deep freeze!
ReplyDeleteAll beautiful images, Faye...especially those scones in the first picture. I was hoping that you were going to give us the recipe! A girl can always hope, yes? :) Thank you for sharing the pictures because they are all beautiful. xx
ReplyDeleteFaye, love the pictures though I shivered when I saw that little cold bird one. Brr! I too love toast and tea or coffee for supper sometimes. Have a lovely week!
